Tournament Contract Changes for 2024 

We have changed the way you apply to play in our tournament.  Beginning in 2024, we will no longer accept contracts via email. 

Here is an overview of the new process: 

  1. You will complete this online application form instead of a printed contract document. 

  2. Emails will be sent to the Coach, Athletic Director and Superintendent (if applicable) requesting digital signatures for the application. 

  3. Upon receipt of ALL signatures, we will review the application for approval. 

  4. If approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your team has been officially accepted into the tournament.  Note: You are not in the tournament until you receive notice of approval.
