​Tournament Contract Application Process

  1. Once you have completed the online application form, an email will be sent to your Athletic Director requesting digital signature for the application. 

  2. Upon receipt of Athletic Director signature, we will review the application for approval. 

  3. If approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your team has been officially accepted into the tournament.  Note: You are not in the tournament until you receive notice of approval.

What to Expect After Approval 

​

  • Late summer you will receive an email requesting completion of a brief confirmation form. We do this because sometimes coaching or scheduling changes happen after application submission.

  • We will be contacting you in early November for the following items:

    • Team Rankings – We ask all coaches to rank the teams in their division. This helps us with seeding for the brackets.

    • Team Roster – We will need your roster for our pre-printed score sheets and for the tournament program.

    • Team Photo – We will need a team photo for the tournament program

  • Brackets are created the week after Thanksgiving

Hotel Information

 

We have negotiated with local hotels to give discounted rates to teams and fans.
 

We humbly request you book your rooms in a tournament block off of our website.  If you have an existing reservation, please cancel and book within one of the 6 hotel blocks.
 

These bookings help us keep the tournament free for your teams.
